Finely
chop 1 meduim sized onion and add to a cooking pan with 2 tbsp
of cooking oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Add 700g of cubed breast of chicken
(The chicken can be prepared a day in advance prior to use)
Pour sauce (add water if necessary) cook until tender
Garnish with fresh coriander and cream, serve with rice or naan.
