Korma is a mild dish made to an authentic style, and originates from Northern India.

The sauce is suitable for use with:
Chicken, Lamb, Prawns, Vegetables

Adding grated cheese to the sauce creates a Mohanwala dish
Adding crushed almonds and yoghurt creates a Passanda dish
Adding pineapple creates a Malaya.

This sauce is suitable for vegetarians and is suitable for Home Freezing. The pot has a shelf life of 3 months refrigerated


RECIPE:
Finely chop 1 meduim sized onion and add to a cooking pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Add 700g of cubed breast of chicken
(The chicken can be prepared a day in advance prior to use)
Pour sauce (add water if necessary) cook until tender
Garnish with fresh coriander and cream, serve with rice or naan.
