An aromatic dish originating from Gujarat in India. The rich and sour sauce is thickened with lentils and ideal with meat or chicken.

Onions, Lentils, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Peeled Tomatoes, Potatoes, Spices (MUSTARD), Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Tomato Puree, Green Peppers, Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Carrots, Tamarind, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES), Lime, Green Chillies, Fenugreek, Naga Chillies, Acetic & Lactic Acid.

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan, add 500g prawns and stir fry for 1 min. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Equally delicious with beef, lamb, chicken, or just vegetables. Serve with rice or naan bread.
