Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan, add 500g prawns and stir
fry for 1 min. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes,
stir occasionally. Equally delicious with beef, lamb, chicken,
or just vegetables. Serve with rice or naan bread.
