Puree, Malt Vineger (BARLEY), Suger, Salt, Carrots, Ginger,
Green Chillies, Mint sauce, Tamarind, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES),
Fresh Coriander, Garlic, Fenugreek, Naga Chillies, Chilli Flakes,
Acetic & Lactic Acid
CHICKEN PATIA Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 700g diced chicken, stir fry until golden brown. Pour over the sauce and simmer until tender, stir occasionally. Serve with rice or naan bread. Equally delicious with, lamb, beef, prawns or just vegetables.
